Google Forms

To earn the Google Forms badge, you must first create a survey with a variety of question types. Google Forms will serve you well in collecting data to use in a variety of subject areas, and Forms gives you a variety of graphs to evaluate and analyze your data.

The next step in the Google Forms badge is to demonstrate some advanced techniques. In this form, you will make a quiz that asks respondents a variety of questions. As you go through this task, you will learn how to use images and videos in your forms as well.

Once you have completed the above activities, make sure that you have the list of skills in this document mastered. To receive the badge, you must be able to demonstrate mastery of these skills in a live setting with your instructor.
