We have been having email conversations for a while now, so you should be somewhat familiar with Gmail. To receive the badge, you must be able to demonstrate mastery of these skills in a live setting with your instructor. Any searching for how to do something, making several mistakes, etc. will result in a fail and you will have to attempt it again. Take the time to practice and let me know when you are ready!
